2025 PROJECT LIFE :: JANUARY PART 2

Hello there! This was my seventh January in Germany and it was the coldest that we'd had here. I grew up in Canada so I have more of a tolerance for the cold weather, but I still didn't want to venture out much. It also feels like there isn't much going on, and as a result, the photos were mainly taken around the house. This was definit[...]

2025 Project Life :: January Part 1

Hi friends!It's that time of year where I'm all motivated to upload new content. To start off, I gotta say I was so brokenhearted to find out that Studio Calico was no longer going to offer their Documenter Kit. I still subscribed to Lora Bailora's Memory Loquer kit which is quarterly, but I thought I would miss the monthly kit. I decide[...]

2023 PROJECT LIFE :: JANUARY PART 2

Hello friends!Today we’re jumping back to January 2023 and finishing the month in my 9x12 Project Life album. In the first part of January, my brother, my dad, and my niece were visiting, we went to Paris and I dropped them off at the airport.  If you need a refresher (it has been a while!), you can click check out the January 2023[...]

2024 PROJECT LIFE :: JANUARY PART 1

Hello friends! I hope you've all been well. It has been a while since I last updated the site but I'm hoping to make this a more regular occurrence.   My mom came to visit us from mid-December to mid-January, and my mom, my husband, and I had been debating whether we should take a trip for New Year's. However, non[...]

2022 Project Life :: March Part 1

Hi friends! Hope you are liking the new layout of this little blog. I think I might do an intro video for it just because it's got a couple of features that I don't want you to miss out on! Anyway, let's get to the business of why we're here today... we didn't travel the last week of February or the first third of March, so these l[...]

  • We went to London last weekend to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. This was our third time going together so the only sightseeing I did was during my run on Friday morning.
We stayed at the Hotel Amano Covent Garden which had a rooftop bar that was unfortunately booked every evening so we had drinks inside. We really like the Covent Garden area and they had an egg hunt featuring large eggs such as the one decorated with seashells. We saw a few during our travels but didn’t participate.
We also went to the Lego Store in Leicester Square to pick up some gifts for our nephews.
The Moulin Rouge musical which was so much fun and I’m so glad we went.. it was hard choosing a show and I’m not typically a big fan of musicals.
Along with our friends, we saw Katherine Ryan’s show on Saturday night; she was hilarious! We’ve watched her specials and sitcom, The Duchess, so we are definitely fans. We also went to dinner with our friends before the show and hung out with them on Sunday evening.
My husband and I went to afternoon tea earlier on Sunday at The Parlour at Zetter Marylebone which we throughly enjoyed!
It was such a great weekend! 💕

Just booked my next trip to Paris in May with my niece! I’m super excited and thought I would share the photos of our first girls’ trip to Paris back in May 2023. The main purpose of the trip was to go to Disneyland with @evelynlovespaper who met up with us there and the two of us did a bit of sightseeing before and after DLP. I can’t wait to take a bunch of photos of things I already have plenty of photos of(as my husband said last night 🤣)
1 & 2 :: Eiffel Tower in the spring
3 :: The Louvre
4 - 6 :: Disneyland Paris with @evelynlovespaper
7 - 9 :: Arc De Triomphe
10 :: Post-tacos drinks at the speakeasy
11 :: Late night chat sipping on Porn Star Martinis

Since my last video wrapped up the short trip to Paris for my mom’s birthday, I wanted to share my favourite photos that may or may not have made into my Project Life. These are cute cafés; I’m partial to the ones with flowery fronts. Which café’s front do you like best?

2️⃣ Le Musset
3️⃣ La Crémaillère 1900 & Chez Eugène
4️⃣ Le Vrai Paris
5️⃣ La Maison Rose
6️⃣ La Villa des Abbesses
